I'm constantly asked, what do I need to do after breakup even when I'm still attached to a guy? My reply has always been this, how do you want to feel? I can feel that this is not the solution you've imagined but it's odd that a man you used to care for, the one you devoted everything, turns out hurting you the most. As they say, 'It is unthinkable to love and be smart' even if it's good someday you'll pay for it.

It is easy to say love hurts when you are not hurting but when you are in a relationship with a person who doesn't spend some romantic time with you it's like been treated like nothing. Can you remember all that caressing... may be those Chrysanthemums flowers... all that 'I love you'... those chocolates and laugh, are now perish, that's worthless isn't it?

Now you may ask what is most acceptable for you?

Calling your ex man is not advisable. Asking for a sympathy to return is going to hurt you more. What is the best thing to do? To start you have to assume that love is merely a state of mind , it's the way you feel about your significant other. When you alter that feeling, there is no attraction. Are you beginning to understand? Let me get this point across to you now.

Just recall this, before you got involve with your ex boyfriends life, you had no feelings or anything about him. Even if I were to describe him it wouldn't cause you to fee the way you do now. Do you understand why? Because when you are in love with somebody, you establish attraction, which is anabled, in your neuro system. The more you spend time together in affectionate way, the more you reinforce the attraction in your brain which causes you to establish more allurement (love).

From now on, as you break up with an ex boyfriend there is a profound developed mental state that causes you to feel hopeless. If you can't get your ex boyfriend back then you're in dialema. This justifies why you can't comprehend smoothly or why you become out of place about your looks because of depression imbalance caused by breakup break up. This impinge how you perform activities and your over all demeanours. The single way to get over this is to change the way you handle these desires. You must change the way you feel about your man.

Let me annotate...

Pick up any book you can find nearby, grasp it while looking at the front cover then move it 180 degrees and then observe it from the back, then from the sides . You will learn that, its display look different depending on what angle you are looking at. The book didn't change but the the angle you look at it, changed. Now, I'm not comparing your man with the book. The point I want to make here is this, when you alter the way you feel about your ex, break up will not impacts you. How would you do that? Luckly there is a method to assist you forget your ex boyfriend completely. This technique will make you get over him completely, you will be more blessed than you can anticipate.
